CDS Manufacturing designs and builds automatic inspection equipment to sort spherical parts by the quality of the sphere. Parts are fed from a bulk hopper to a vibratory inspection surface. Parts with flats, doubles, clusters, tear drops, etc... feel the effects of the vibration while the vibratory action of the inspection surface has little effect on the roundest product. Round parts
